The McIntosh Reserve is a County Parks and Recreation property that the county has been gracious enough to make available for RC hobbyists. It's an absolutely gorgeous location. It only has a few drawbacks; There is no frequency control and it's a little bit narrow. Another problem is that the flying field is not limited to flyers. For this reason, you're not allowed to fly below treetop level unless landing or taking off. It's not unusual for horseback riders and dog walkers to use the field while flying is in progress.
